1 Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — not acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account at areon game. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — are not permitted and constitute a violation of these terms.

When registering with areon game, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other fields required during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your areon game login credentials. Never share your password with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact areon game support immediately.
• Areon game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Your account is for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes, acting on behalf of third parties, or operating what is effectively a payment intermediary service through areon game is strictly prohibited.

Account registration at areon game is free and does not impose any minimum deposit obligation. However, a deposit is required before you can participate in real-money games or place real-money bets.

4 Deposits

All deposits at areon game are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Areon game accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposit minimums and maximums apply per method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your name are not permitted. Areon game reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched accounts.

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100 (or as stated per payment method in the cashier section).
• GCash and Maya deposits clear to your areon game wallet in under 30 seconds under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours.
• Areon game does not charge processing fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
• Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger additional verification requirements.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from areon game must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your areon game account. Third-party withdrawals — sending winnings to an account that does not belong to you — are not permitted under any circumstances and will be reversed.

To make a withdrawal, your identity must be verified. If you haven't completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, areon game may require documents before processing your first withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under our PAGCOR licence and Philippine anti-money laundering law.

• Areon game does not charge withdrawal fees for standard methods. Your e-wallet or bank may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances can be withdrawn.

Areon game reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms. Where an investigation is initiated, areon game will notify you and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Areon game offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms posted with each offer — including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These individual bonus terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible player per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Areon game clearly displays the wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus before you opt in.
• While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies. Placing bets above the stated maximum with an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Areon game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active bonus will be unaffected by withdrawals mid-promotion.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus, using automated tools, or exploiting promotions in ways not intended — will result in forfeiture and account action.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed at areon game are subject to the specific rules of the game or market selected, in addition to these general terms. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing a bet. Areon game provides game rules and market descriptions within each section of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or sports event, areon game will apply established settlement rules. Where no clear result can be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting, areon game reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on specific markets, particularly those for events with limited liquidity or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Manifest errors — such as clearly incorrect odds caused by a system or human error — do not stand. Areon game reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• For live casino games, the result of each hand, spin, or round as declared by the live dealer or system is final. Bets settled in error will be corrected upon review.

Areon game's sports betting settlement follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. In cases where there is a delay in official confirmation, settlement may be delayed accordingly.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at areon game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or helping another person register a duplicate account.
• Using false, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or attempting to use areon game to process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — particularly in poker or live dealer games where player interaction is possible.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors. If you discover such an error, you are required to report it to areon game support and not exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in connection with your areon game account or transactions.
• Attempting to interfere with the technical operation of areon game's platform, including hacking, DDOS attacks, or any other form of unauthorised system access.

Areon game employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged for any of the above will be reviewed and action taken as deemed appropriate, up to and including permanent termination and legal referral.

9 Responsible Gaming

Areon game is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be entertainment — something you choose to do for enjoyment, not something that causes financial or personal harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account settings at areon game:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Changes to increase a limit take 24 hours to activate; decreases apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you're willing to lose in a defined period. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets.

Where an account is closed due to a violation on your part, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative reasons not related to violations, areon game will facilitate withdrawal of any eligible balance subject to verification requirements.

You may also close your areon game account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the areon game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of areon game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use areon game's platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

12 Limitation of Liability

Areon game's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform operational and accurate at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and cannot be held responsible for technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, areon game's total liability to any player in connection with these terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Areon game is not liable for any loss of data, loss of winnings, or consequential damages arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Areon game is not responsible for decisions you make in connection with your use of the platform, including decisions about how much to bet, which games to play, or when to stop playing.
• Nothing in these terms excludes areon game's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming law.

13 Privacy and Data

Continued use of areon game after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Areon game operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of areon game should first be directed to areon game's customer support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with areon game, players may escalate to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. Nothing in these terms prevents you from seeking remedies available under Philippine consumer protection law.

These Terms and Conditions were last revised in January 2025 and supersede all previous versions. By continuing to use areon game, you confirm your acceptance of this version of the terms.
